Dedicated Runs: $0.60/mile per team
Non-dedicated Runs: $0.66/mile per team, OR
Non-dedicated Runs: $1,300/week flat rate, plus twice per year overage bonuses
Typical schedule: Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday/Monday Home time)
